Stage
Woody stage
The Logging Championship where forestry work professionals compete in skill. This stage features powerful competitions where you can experience precise and advanced chainsaw techniques up close through demonstrations of various events.
This powerful stage show featuring forestry work professionals wielding large chainsaws.
Enjoy a variety of dynamic yet delicate techniques, such as felling standing trees and slicing large-diameter logs into cross-sections.
Wonder stage
Please come see the opening ceremony event featuring a variety of guest speakers and introductions of attractions that convey the appeal of forests and forestry work.
A song and dance performance of “The Earth’s Orchestra” (theme song from the anime “Latair the Earth”) by children. This stage, which also features the PG elementary and junior high school unit, fosters familiarity with forests, trees, and nature.

This stage for parents and children features popular entertainer Yoshio Kojima, who delivers fun routines and stories. It features a program that weaves learning about nature into laughter.

A quiz tournament with visitor interaction, where QuizKnock selects questions submitted by children. This stage uses smartphones to create “entertainment with learning” that everyone from children to adults can enjoy.

Experiences
An experience booth where you cut logs with a hand saw. This popular content lets you feel the wood’s scent and warmth while experiencing the fun and satisfaction of forestry work.
A forestry work VR experience booth. Safely simulate the experience of felling trees with a chainsaw and enjoy the powerful world of forestry work.
An experience booth for planting shiitake mushrooms from Tokyo. Learn how shiitake mushrooms are cultivated and take some home as a souvenir.
A plaza featuring logs and wooden stepping stones. A variety of other play equipment is also available, so please come and play.
Workshops
A workshop booth using wood. This experience content lets you process wood yourself to create original wooden items with unique grain patterns.
A crafting workshop where you cut out wood pieces using a scroll saw. Create original works with your own designs to take home.
Learning and
Exhibits
Panel exhibits that introduce forests and forestry work in Tokyo. Learn about forestry work and forest functions through panel exhibits as well as experiments and experience corners, where you can see, touch, and have fun learning.

A high-performance forestry machine tree processor demonstrates delimbing and cross-cutting logs. This is a full-scale stage where you can experience the powerful operation of heavy machinery and advanced techniques up close.
A forwarder, active in forestry work sites, is exhibited up close. This booth lets you experience the power of log transport and brings forestry work closer to you.
A basketball challenge using a spider crane. This unique experience booth can be enjoyed by both children and adults while learning about the mechanics of heavy machinery.
We are exhibiting the Sin Raptor II, an unmanned vehicle that fells and transports standing trees via remote control. Come see the latest high-performance heavy machinery that embodies smart forestry.
Food Trucks
A TOKYO WASABI food truck. Enjoy the flavors of Okutama with all five senses through special menus that highlight the aroma, spiciness, and sweetness of real wasabi.
A food truck specializing in buckwheat galettes and crepes. The galettes are made with 100% Shinshu buckwheat flour and cooked with fermented butter! They use sausages containing wild garlic shipped directly from Hokkaido. Pair them with cider selected by the sommelier owner!
Authentic lasagna made by an Italian chef. Enjoy freshly prepared lasagna made using experience gained working as a sous chef on a luxury cruise ship.
Offering healthy dishes full of vegetables that everyone from children to seniors can enjoy. These dishes are made using culinary experience gained from running a Japanese restaurant and vegetables from its own farm in Tokyo.
Offering fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth omelet rice made with fresh eggs.
A mobile camping-themed café offering Seattle-style coffee brewed with a La Cimbali espresso machine and original juices.
